Car Rental
Car Hire On Line is a trading division of Your Holiday Limited, Registered in England No. 3847103. Your Holiday Ltd. acts as agents for various car hire companies and a contract will be taken with the car hire company supplying the hire car.Clients will then be subject to the terms and conditions of that contract, and the laws of the country in which rental has taken place. Your Holiday Ltd. accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of any loss, or damage or alterations,delays or changes arising from civil strife,industrial dispute,including air traffic control disputes,terrorist activity,natural and nuclear disaster,fire or adverse weather conditions,technical problems with transport,closure or congestion of airports or ports,cancellations of schedule airlines and financial failure of airlines.

What's Included
Unless otherwise stated, USA rentals include: Unlimited Mileage,Collision Damage Waiver, Extended Protection,Sales Tax.State Tax and Airport Fees.

Canada Rentals include: Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver,Liability Insurance Supplement,Goods and Service Tax and Provincial Tax.

Mainland UK rates include Unlimited Mileage, Theft Protection, VLF & VAT. A £500 excess applies which will be blocked from customers credit card plus a £50 petrol deposit. Mastercover can be purchased at time of car collection at a rate of £10 per day + VAT reducing to £5.50 per day inc. VAT for rentals of 7 days and over which reduces the excess to £75.

All other areas are fully inclusive of Unlimited Free Mileage, Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver, Airport Surcharges, Breakdown Recovery and All Local Taxes. In Australia, a 2% Government Tax is levied locally.

Car Capacity and Vehicle type
The vehicle type quoted in the group type is shown for example purposes and may not necessarily be available at the time of hire.The right is reserved to supply an alternative vehicle of similar classification which can be determined by passenger capacity,engine size or features.

Minimum Age
For most North American destinations the minimum no surcharge hiring age is 25 years.

Amendment,Cancellation and Refunds
Reservations amendments can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to the rentals and are thereafter charged at £15. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to rentals and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days and 24 hours prior to rental will incur a £20 cancellation charge.   Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the date of hire incur a 100% cancellation charge.
No refunds can be made in respect to no shows in resort or non-receipt of vehicle due to insufficient documentation

Attraction Tickets
If you decide to cancel your booking you should notify us immediately. If you have only paid your deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. If you have paid in full, the following cancellation charges will be payable by you and any refund to you will only be paid once the tickets / vouchers have been returned to us (if you already have them) and have not been defaced or damaged in any way. Prior to 42 days - Deposit Only, 28 to 41 days - 30%, 14 to 27 days - 40%, 13 days or fewer - 50%

Deposits and Petrol
The car hire company will require a deposit to cover petrol in the car, any insurance excess if apllicable and any other local charges incurred during the hire. A valid major credit card, in the lead drivers name, must be used.All refuelling charges are the hirer's responsibility.Any refunds on unused petrol are determined by the car hire company locally.

One Ways
One way rentals must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to drop-off charges.
These can only be booked by phone.

Special Requests
Child seats,roof racks and additional items are available on request in most destinations,although no item can be guaranteed at any time.In most states of the USA,infant seats are required by law for children under 3, and must be requested in advance. By law, 3-5 year olds must be restrained by a seat belt or infant seat.There is usually a charge payable locally. The costs and conditions of all incidental items payable locally are subject to change without prior notice and subject to local tax.

Hire Periods
Hire period are calculated on a 24 hour basis.After collection of the car, extensions of the hire period and missed return deadlines will be charged by the car hire company at the local daily tariff this may be considerably higher.

Out of Hours Charges
Some locations charge an out of hours fee if you arrive when the office is closed. This varies from location to location and you will be advised of the charge (if any) when we confirm your reservation. Should you choose not to accept these charges and you advise us immediately, we will cancel your reservation free of charge.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended but we can only take online travel insurance bookings for adults under the age of 66 years old. If you are over 66 years old please call 0845 330 3363 for a quotation.

Making Your Booking
Bookings can be made over the internet or by phone - Tel. 020 8286 2807. If travel/car pick up date is within 8 weeks of booking the full balance is payable, otherwise a deposit of £50 per car is payable with the balance due 8 weeks prior to car collection. Attraction Tickets and Travel Insurance Premium are payable in full at the time of booking. Payment by credit cards incur a 2% surcharge which is added to your paper invoice. Payment by Switch or Visa Debit Cards are processed free of charge.
